General information about the HS-CBSP500 line

The coiling systems is necessary for the final stage of the cable manufacturing, at this stage machines form coils and pack them into a protective layer of polyethylene film, that used for transportation.

The line allows to wind Ø 5 ~ 20 mm wires into coils with tape fixation through the center at 2-3 points or PVC film around the perimeter of the coil. Automatic packaging by using PVC shrink film and automatic labeling.

Automatic coiling and packaging systems are available in various optional configurations: by the customer's request, automatic, semi-automatic, hand operated and embedded into extrusion lines.

The coiling process of the finished cable product, as well as its packaging process, are two different processes, but they are often combined into one line, and therefore speeds up the production process.

Modern lines automatically measure the predefined measurement length, and can be equipped with the storage for non-stop operation of the cable cutting and laying the next coil.

Fixing the coils with the special polypropylene tape, optionally from 2 or 3 sides, which ensures the reliability of the cable shape during transportation and unpacking.

Also, the line can be completed with various measuring and auxiliary devices, such as:

  • Insulation resistance monitoring device (DTST)
  • Labeling system:
  • Diameter measuring with insulation breakdown testing;
  • The packing and palletizing machine.

Also, modern coiling lines provide reliable polyethylene packaging made of shrink film, that fired in a special thermal oven, and provide labeling for transporting the finished product.
