Purpose

On this line, the cable armoring process is carried out, which includes applying a metal tape to the cable by wrapping. This production stage creates a protective layer of metal tape around the cable, providing additional protection from external influences, electromagnetic interference, or other external factors. Wrapping the metal tape around the cable is an important step to ensure the reliability and quality of cable products.

Operating principle

The structure is tangential, driven by a 22 kW AC motor. The gear change is stepless, and it rotates both clockwise and counterclockwise. It features tension with feedback for manual adjustment.
