During the approval process of technic or other issues in Russian or, if necessary, in Russian and English. The agreed technical and commercial aspects are recorded in the contract. Parties ratify delivery terms, according to Incoterms, defining responsibilities and obligations at different stages of delivery. After agreement, a contract is signed by Parties and thereafter provide of certified copies.
The contract can be signed using digital signature or authenticated by signature of an executive director and sent by mail.
- Advance payment amount: The buyer makes the advance payment according to the invoice.
- The delivery timeline: The delivery time of the equipment begins to run from the moment when the advance payment is received/
- The delivery obligations: The manufacturer manage delivery obligations in accordance with the terms of Incoterms 2020 and other conditions of the contract.
- Inspection and Acceptance: The buyer checks the received equipment for compliance with the terms of the contract and quality.
- Payment of the outstanding amount: readiness of the equipment, after the test launch at the manufacturer's factory and from the moment of signing Equipment Acceptance Certificate.
In accordance with regulation of Incoterms (International Commercial Terms), there are several types of delivery that define the responsibilities of the seller and the buyer in the process of transporting goods. There are some of the most common types of delivery:
- EXW (Ex Works - from the seller's factory): The seller provides the goods at its factory, and the buyer independently organizes and pays for the entire delivery process, including picking up the goods, transportation, insurance, etc.
- FCA (Free Carrier): The seller delivers the goods to the named location, where it is transferred to the carrier appointed by the buyer. From this moment responsibility for the risks passes to the buyer.
- FOB (Free On Board): The seller undertakes to deliver the goods on board the ship at the named port of departure. From the moment the goods loaded on board the ship, responsibility for the risks associated with the loss or damage of the goods is transferred from the seller to the buyer. The seller bears the costs and obligations until the moment of loading goods on board the ship.
- CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To): analogous to CPT, but the seller is also obliged to take out insurance of the goods.
- DAT (Delivered At Terminal): The seller delivers the goods to the named terminal at the port or at another point of destination. Responsibility for the risks is transferred to the buyer after unloading the goods from the transport vehicle.
- DAP (Delivered At Place): The seller delivers the goods to the named port of departure (for example, the buyer's stockage point), but is not responsible for unloading.
The Habsans Plant provides a warranty period of 1 to 3 years from the moment of the commissioning of equipment, and also provides support for all issues related to this equipment. During the warranty period, it is in force replacement for components and spare parts that have manufacturing defects or are out of service due to the fault of the manufacturer, and guarantee equipment issues technical support.
Habsans also provides the fulfillment of obligations risks by high authorized capital.
We offer flexible payment terms via bank transfer. You can make a payment in dollars or yuan. For the components and spare parts payment, it is possible to make а contract in rubles.
To ensure the safety of cargo transportation, we apply the following measures:
- The container loading zone is equipped with special machines and is organized in such a way that allows prevent damage for the cargo during its loading and unloading. This includes the use of appropriate lifting gear and special platforms.
- The equipment, that transported in containers, is securely fixed with metal cables to prevent movement and damage during transportation.
- Before despatching to the storage area, the spare parts are packed according to the requirements, that defined for a specific type of good. This may include the using of shock-absorbent materials,additional surface protection, and labeling to indicate brittleness or processing features.
- All transported cargo must be adequately insured to provide financial protection in case of unexpected events or loss.
