General Description:

The inspection machine is designed to provide ultra-high inspection accuracy up to 0.01 mm, allowing detection and recording of even minimal surface defects under high-speed production conditions. This level of detail is critical to maintaining consistent quality and operational reliability of cables used across a wide range of industrial applications.

General Information and Technical Specifications of the Inspection Machine:

  1. Batch Parameter Setup: batch number is set manually; cable diameter range: 0–50 mm.
  2. Inspection Speed: the cable can pass through the system at speeds up to 400 m/min.
  3. Detectable Defect Types: breaks, dents, bulges, material deficiencies, cracks, insulation defects, protrusions, folds, surface stains, and others.
    • Detection Accuracy: ≥ 0.1 mm
    • Camera Pixel Accuracy: ≥ 0.025 mm, with adjustable sensitivity
  4. Adjustable Sensitivity: the surface defect detection threshold can be manually set. The current process image is displayed in real time; images from each camera can be viewed separately.
  5. Defect Visualization: displays current defects with cable number, time, defect type, size, and location; counts defects in the current section; supports two display modes:
    • Individual camera view
    • Combined view of all cameras
  6. Defect Database: stores defect information (cable number, time, defect number, defect photo). Automatic storage of images for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
  7. Integration with Digital Systems: supports connection to MES and other factory systems; manages cable number settings, diameter, tolerance limits, color, start and stop of equipment; allows exporting defect information and images.
  8. Standard Sensitivity Adjustment: allows sensitivity modification according to manufacturer requirements to bypass acceptable defects.
  9. Data Protection: passwords for settings and data, barcode scanner integration, automatic linkage of production orders to current data.
  10. Image Display: visual representation of defects with realistic visualization.
  11. Equipment Design: mechanically robust, easy to operate, convenient visual inspection system connectivity.
  12. Flexibility: can adapt to the production line; cable feed direction can be set left-to-right or right-to-left.
