Purpose
Bancher HS-1250 / HS-1600 double stranding line is designed for stranding bare copper, aluminum and aluminum alloy wires with diameters from 0.8 to 4.8 mm as well as insulated wires with diameters up to 10 mm. After stranding, the cross-section of copper wires can reach 150 square millimeters and aluminum wires up to 240 square millimeters. Each machine is a custom machine and can be retrofitted and customized exclusively for the customer's application. This allows for maximum efficiency and compliance with the customer's production requirements, ensuring high quality and reliability of the final product.

- Safety hopper open door sensor: if the door is open, the machine will not start; during operation, the system locks the door.
- Lift platform position sensor: if the platform is not fully lowered, the machine will not start.
- Sensor for horizontal arc position when lifting the platform: to avoid damage to the torsion arc, the lifting platform can only be used when the arc is horizontal.
