General information
This filtering device is developed based on German technologies and features a design in the form of a gravity-arc mesh. It efficiently filters metallic particles, such as copper, iron, stainless steel, as well as non-metallic impurities from the oil fluid. The device operates in a continuous automatic mode, with the possibility of cyclical operation and ease of control. Additionally, the filter helps to purify the oil fluid, improve product quality, extend the service life of molds, and reduce the load on wastewater treatment systems. It serves as auxiliary equipment for drawing machines, deep drilling machines, grinding machines, machining centers, and other equipment.
The cooling liquid enters through a flange connection into the pipeline, then passes through the filtration device for copper powder, where it is filtered through nonwoven fabric and flows into the clean water reservoir. Contaminated particles are trapped by the filter paper, which gradually accumulates impurities, forming a new filtering layer and improving filtration accuracy. Over time, the filtration efficiency decreases, causing the float level sensor to rise. When the liquid level reaches the set position of the sensor, a signal is sent to start the motor. The motor drives a chain that moves the filter fabric. The used fabric is transported to the wastewater channel, and fresh clean fabric is laid for the next cycle. The purified liquid is then fed back into the system for reuse in the production process.
