Pair stranding machine with unscrewing HS-500 / 630 are used for stranding insulated conductors into pairs.
The cores must be unscrewed before stranding to relieve stress and achieve an even stranding pitch without oscillation. Without the unscrewing system, only 5 categories can be made. Two 500 coils with insulated conductors are installed in the vertical unscrewing unit, which is the recoil device.
The cores are passed through rotating arcs (twisted around their axis) and fed into a double twisting machine to twist them together into a twisted pair.
